Each student carries a QR pass. Staff scan it at the gate, and the register writes itself — in the office, and in the hands of the parents waiting to hear.
Issued on registration and emailed, ready to print onto a card. Lost passes are reissued in a click, and the old one stops working.
Scan with the camera on a phone you already own, or type a student number when a card is forgotten. Sign-in and sign-out follow the school’s own timetable.
When the connection drops the reader carries on. Scans are held on the device and send themselves the moment the link returns — nothing is lost.
Guardians hear when their child arrives and leaves, or once a day in a single summary — whichever the school prefers.
Post a notice to every parent or every member of staff, and answer a family’s question in a thread they see in the portal and in their inbox.

Getting started
Upload the list you already keep. ENTRUSTA reads your own spreadsheet — it understands the column names your school uses, so nothing has to be retyped or reformatted. Every student is issued a pass automatically.
Open the reader on a phone or tablet and set the station name — main gate, back gate. Staff scan students in as they arrive and out as they leave. It takes about a second per student.
The register updates as it happens. Administrators see who is on site now, parents get their notification, and the reports are ready whenever they are needed — end of day, end of term, or during an inspection.

You should not have to book a call to find out whether you can afford something. These are our prices. Both tiers are free for the first 14 days, with no card and nothing to cancel — long enough for a fortnight of your own register, which is what the reports need before they say anything useful.

The discount applies to your whole roll, not only to the students above the threshold — so you can check the figure yourself with one multiplication. The smallest roll we bill for is 150 students: a school of sixty costs us very nearly what a school of two hundred does, and pricing it below that would mean doing the work badly.
Most of what you will compare us against is a whole school-management system. We are not one, and the price reflects it. ENTRUSTA runs the gate and the register, and sits alongside whatever else you use.
The last one is deliberate. A child’s face is biometric data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and a lost QR pass can be reissued in a click where a face cannot.
You move to Standard, and nothing is deleted. Your register, your history and your reports carry on exactly as they were — the Advanced pages stop, and start again the day you take the tier. We do not need a card to begin, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
No. It runs on a phone or tablet you already own, and you can put as many on the gate as you like at no extra cost. Passes print on ordinary paper or card. There are no readers, no turnstiles and no per-device charge.
The gate keeps working. Scans are held on the device and sent when the connection returns, carrying the time they actually happened rather than the time they were sent, so the register stays correct.
No. Parents receive email — a receipt when their child is scanned, and an alert if a child who normally attends has not arrived — and the parents’ portal is a web page. A parent who wants it on their phone adds it to the home screen from the browser and it opens like an app, with its own icon; there is nothing from an app store and nothing to keep updated, and it still reaches the guardian who never gets round to that.
Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately and we bill the difference for the remainder of the term. Moving down takes effect at the end of the term you have paid for.
Your staff, at the level of access you give each of them. One school’s roster is not reachable from another school’s account — that is enforced by the database itself, not by our code remembering to ask. Our own people need a support session you can see in your audit log.
